To reset your password
If you've forgotten your password, or you're having trouble logging in to your Swimply account we're here to help!
1) Start by selecting Continue with Email button at the bottom of the log-in window.
2) Simply enter your account email address, then click the Continue Button.
3) When prompted for your password, click Forgot password
4) Enter your Swimply account email address, then click Send Reset Link. (check your email inbox for the reset link)
5) Use the link in your email inbox, to reset your password to your account.
Note: If your phone number has been verified and connected to your account, you can use this to send an SMS log-in code. Once you’ve clicked the link, you can reset your password and log-in again with using your email and updated password.
To change your password
If you know your current password, and you want to change it:

Go to the Profile tab on the Swimply app or Swimply.com

Go to "Edit Profile"
- Select "Account" and where you'll see the space to confirm your current and new passwords

Click "Save" (top right corner)
Note: Password requirements are:- Must be at least 6 characters
- Must contain at least one number
- Must contain at least one special character
