We expect our Hosts to keep their pools in a clean, safe, and swimmable environment. However, if you arrive at a pool and find it dirty, simply snap a few photos and send a detailed description to us here.
Most of our Hosts would be happy to rearrange a new time for you to come back and swim when the pool is serviced and cleaned, so the best course of action is to reach out to them through Swimply chat. If you find the host is unresponsive, let us know. Our team will review your report, reach out to the Host for more information, and will be in touch with both sides about a refund if deemed necessary.
