Hosting comes with a commitment to neighbors, and our hosts take their responsibilities seriously. Hosts are responsible for safe behavior by guests, and ensuring noise is at reasonable levels.
Neighbors can report concerns directly to Swimply
It's usually fastest to communicate directly with your neighbor to address concerns related to a Swimply booking. Our hosts can asks their guests to keep noise levels to a reasonable volume.
If your neighbor is a Swimply host and you want to report a disturbance, feel free to contact Customer Support through the Help button in the bottom corner of the screen.
So that we can review your concern and take action, please make sure you write "Neighbor Concern" in the subject line and provide us the swimming pool host's address (or yours so we can try to locate the host's listing). This will help us contact the host faster.
After you contact us, we'll get in touch with the host and follow-up with you after the results of our investigation.
