Can I see the pool before my reservation day?

Booking on Swimply is an exciting experience! We understand that after reserving a beautiful space online, you can't wait to see it in real life. 

Swimply Hosts open up their backyard to many Guests, and they are often busy either hosting or preparing the area for the next Guest to enjoy, so it is important to always check in with the Host to see if a pre-reservation walkthrough is possible. If the Host says yes, that's great!

Please keep in mind that it is never acceptable to take photos of the property or other people without their explicit permission during these walkthroughs.

On reservation day, it is crucial that you respect the time that you booked. Be a great Swimply Guest by showing up at the scheduled time, reading through the Host’s rules, and making sure you and your group leave on time with no trace left behind.

Pro tip: If you would like to extend your reservation, you can easily do so by selecting the Today tab of the Swimply app and then selecting Extend Tool.
