Hosts are always looking for ways to increase bookings and drive more revenue. One great way to do this is by creating custom promotions. Here are a few ideas to get you started:
Using the Host CRM (Customer Relationship Management tool) you can create a custom promo / discount code for your Guests to encourage them to book your listing again and again. You access the CRM through the Fans section of your listing on the App:
*Note: The Fans tool is only accessible through the Swimply App.
You can set up the code to be valid for 24 hrs. or 72 hrs; if it is not used within that time frame, the code will expire on its own.
Note: a promo code is required to send a Fans Message
Maximum number of characters in a Fans message must not exceed 280 characters
If you have any last-minute availability for a busy weekend, an amazing new amenity, or the weather is going to be absolutely gorgeous, you can now offer your Guests a discount for booking within a certain time frame. This will encourage Swimmers to book sooner rather than later.
Please note: Promo codes created through the CRM tool will reduce your payout.
