You can now add a certified lifeguard to your Swimply reservation through our partnership with AquaMobile, a trusted national provider of aquatic professionals.

Lifeguards ensure your guests enjoy a safe, stress-free swimming experience — perfect for families, kids’ parties, or any gathering near the water.

🧭 How It Works

1. When booking a pool, select “Add a Lifeguard” at checkout.
2. AquaMobile will match you with a certified lifeguard who arrives before your swim begins.
3. The lifeguard will stay on duty for the entire duration of your booking, ensuring everyone’s safety.

💸 Pricing & Details

• $70/hour (2-hour minimum)
• All lifeguards are certified in CPR, First Aid, and Water Rescue
• Minimum charge applies even for shorter bookings

⚖️ Cancellation & Refund Policy

Initiator	Refund Policy
Guest cancels	50% refund if canceled ≥72 hours before the booking; no refund within 72 hours
Lifeguard cancels	AquaMobile will do their best to find a replacement; if not possible, you’ll receive a 100% refund
Host cancels	Full refund for the lifeguard service; no penalty unless cancellations are repeated
