If you and your guest are unable to reschedule, Hosts now have the ability to cancel any reservation up until the reservation end time has passed. This will auto issue a refund email to the Guest and priovide them with 2 refund options. Simply follow these steps:

Swimply search takes into account numerous factors when presenting listings to a potential Guest. These factors help determine the quality of the experience provided by a particular Host and the Host cancelation rate is an important part of that determination.
