Have Guests leave reviews, and improve your listing.
Reviews are fundamental to having a successful listing. Not only do good reviews indicate to future potential guests the quality of a host and a space, the number of five star reviews factors into where a listing shows up in the search results. The more five star reviews, the higher your listing appears.
To ensure your guests will leave a review on your listing, here’s what you can do. 24 hours after a reservation has occurred, message the guests: thank them for visiting, and ask them to leave a review.
We also send all guests messaging post booking prompting them to leave a review.
If you find that simply asking isn’t working well, or you want to take it a step further, you can incentivize your guests to leave reviews. We’ve seen hosts find success by offering small discounts on a guest’s next booking, allowing them to extend their swim for 30 minutes free of charge, or offering them an amenity for free.
