The marketing tab is your one stop shop for everything you need to know about getting the word out to guests about how awesome your listing is and why they should book it!

So let's dive in and take a look at this new tab and how you can use it to expand your reach and make your listing the place to be.

As we look at the top of the page we see what for most hosts will be the most straightforward and easiest ways to get the word out about your listing. You will see

• A link to the referral page
• A link to use the fans feature
• A link to listing promotions

So lets take a closer look at these 3 features:

Referrals The referral page is a great way to tell friends, family, and really anyone about booking your listing on Swimply, as they will get $25 off their booking right off the bat!

*You can also refer other hosts and receive $250 after they earn $1,000

Fans The fans feature is a really cool tool that lets you communicate with past and potential guests to prompt them to book your listing with a message and a promo code. You can send out a quick message to:

• Your repeat guests
• Guests who have been at your listing once to get them to come again
• Potential guests who have shown interest in your listing in the past but didn't book

Listing Promotions Listing promotions allow you to attach discounts to your listing. These discounts will appear on your listing, while also highlighting your listing in search results. 

Listing promotions are a great way to stand out from other hosts and boost bookings!

Nextdoor is a social media app for neighborhoods so by posting on Nextdoor, you will be talking to local potential guests!

Everyone knows the power of Facebook, post about your listing on facebook and ask friends to share the post!

There's no better way to learn how to succeed than from your peers, join the conversation in the Facebook group and say Hi!
