General Availability Settings

This article addresses the following:

• Adjusting Available Days
• Adjusting Pool Hours
• Adjusting Buffer Time
• Adjusting Advanced Notice

This is the first step to setting up when Guests can book your listing. Click Edit next to General Settings:

Adjusting Available Days

• Specify the exact days your space is generally available for booking. Day-to-day adjustments can be made in your Calendar here:

Adjusting Pool Hours

• Specify the exact hours your space is bookable on the available days you have selected

Adjusting Buffer Time

• Indicate how much time between bookings you need to prepare the space for the next Guest. Your options are as follows:
  • No buffer time needed
    • No preparation time needed, your bookings will be stacked right after one another
  • I need 30 minutes of buffer time
    • Will space out bookings with 30 mins in between to allow you time to prepare for the next Guest

  • I need 1 hour of buffer time
    • Will space out bookings with 60 mins in between to allow you time to prepare for the next Guest

Adjusting Advanced Notice

• Indicate how much notice you need for any given booking. Your options are as follows:
  • No advanced notice needed
  • I need 1 hour before a booking
  • I need 3 hours before a booking
  • I need 6 hours before a booking
  • I need 12 hours before a booking
  • I need 24 hours before a booking

Remember to click Save after each adjustment to ensure your preferences are updated.
