This article addresses the following:
You can update your listing status at any time using either the desktop site or the mobile app.
Option 1: From the Manage Page (Desktop)
- Go to your Manage Listings page.
- Locate your listing.
- Click the three dots (⋯) on your listing photo.
- Select Change Status.
- Choose your desired listing status and save.
Option 2: From the Calendar Page (Desktop)
- Navigate to your Calendar.
- Find your listing.
- Use the Availability Toggle.
- Click on Listing Status.
- Update your status as needed.
Option 3: From the Calendar Page (Mobile App)
- Open the Swimply app.
- Go to your Calendar.
- Select your listing.
- Tap the Availability Toggle.
- Tap Listing Status and choose your preferred setting.
Active
- Under Active status your pool is live and visible for Guests to book.
Off-Season
- Under Off-Season status your pool will be visible in search but not bookable until a future selected date. Guests will still be able to search your pool and view your listing with your regular link, but they will see a banner letting them know they cannot book until after your selected Active date (to prevent Guests from booking dates after your off season date, you can edit your future booking settings). A Guest can still save your listing in their favorites list to consider booking at a future date.
- The following are scenarios where a host would consider off-season their listing:
- You are in the off season in your area
- If you are renovating your home/space
- If you need time to adjust your listing without incoming bookings or booking requests
- If you are traveling
- To change to off season follow these instructions:
- click Off season:

- You will then be asked the reason for choosing off-season. Please indicate the reason, then click Next:

- You will then be prompted to choose your off season start date and your reopening date:

*Please Note: These settings will only change for the particular listing you are managing. If you would like to pause any other listing you must complete pause for this pool then switch the listing you are managing as shown below.
Stealth Mode

Stealth Mode allows hosts to hide their listing from public search results on Swimply. When enabled, your pool will only be visible to:
- Guests who have previously booked with you
- People you directly share your listing link with
This is a great option if you want more control over who can find and book your space while still accepting reservations from trusted guests.
What Happens When Stealth Mode Is Enabled?
- Your listing becomes hidden from search
- Existing bookings and inquiries remain unaffected
- Previous guests can still access your listing
- Anyone with your direct listing link can still book
Unlisted
- Under Unlisted status your pool will not be listed and will not be visible by Guests to book.
- Guests are unable to add the listing to their favorites list for future bookings.
- Upon clicking Next you will be asked to choose why you would like to Unlist your pool, then click Next:
- You will be prompted with a final confirmation to Unlist as this action is permanent and terminate your listing from search. If you would like to follow through with unlisting click Unlist:
- Remember to click Save after each adjustment to ensure your preferences are updated.
