In order for Swimply to pay you after each booking, you need an active account with our secure payment partner platform, Stripe. Connecting your Swimply account to Stripe is simple and can be done in a few minutes.
Connecting Your Swimply Account to Stripe
To connect your account to Stripe, follow these steps:
1) Visit swimply.com/profile or if you are using the Swimply App, hit Profile.
2) Hit Connect to Stripe.
3) Follow the on-screen prompts to enter your name and bank account information.
From the Swimply app, you will be redirected to Stripe Express, where you will provide your personal, and banking information so you can start receiving your payouts. First, you will be asked to provide your location:
The Stripe Express is a secure site protected by two-factor authentication (you must log in with your phone). Only you will have access to the Stripe dashboard to see your transactions.
You will be able to choose how you would like to get paid. You can use a debit card, or a bank account number. Please note: Payout delays may happen when debit cards are used. Linking your bank account to your Stripe account is recommended.
Your bank account username and password are required to connect your bank account. Please note that this is not your Swimply username or password!
How to Edit Your Payout Information
To edit your payout information (such as the bank account to which payouts are sent), log into your Swimply Profile and click on "View payments".
Your bank or card information will be displayed on the Stripe Express dashboard. You can learn more about the process here.
