Listing on Swimply is free and helps you earn real cash to cover the costs of cleaning & maintaining your pool. Many of our Hosts earn enough to take vacations, pay for college tuition, and even pay off home mortgages. Hosts earnings can vary, you can see your exact payout % by looking at the booking details before or after you accept a reservation.
The inherent service Swimply provides is a marketplace between Hosts with spaces and Guests who seek spending quality time at private spaces. As such, Swimply charges a service fee for providing the convenience of this marketplace.
The Swimply Service Fee is calculated based on multiple factors including, but not limited to:
- Location
- Regulatory laws
- Booking details
- Other risk factors
This Swimply Service Fee goes towards:
- Host protection guarantee
- Fraud Protection
- Customer Support
- Marketing
- App Support

Your Guest is charged through Swimply's secure payment system, powered by Stripe, when they request or create a booking. In order to be paid for bookings, hosts need to connect their Swimply account to a Stripe Account. Learn more about connecting your account here.
48 hours after the completion of a booking, a payout is automatically released to your bank account. It generally takes between 3-7 business days before you will see the money from a completed booking deposited into your bank account.
Please note: A payout date may be extended if there is an open issue related to your listing or a booking at your listing. For the quickest resolution, it’s best to respond to any inquiry made by your Guest or Swimply within 24hrs.

Swimply may charge fees and, if applicable, Taxes to Members for use of the Swimply Platform. Fees or charges may include collection fees, convenience fees, third-party charges or any other fees that may be required to address your Account and are permitted by Applicable Laws and Rules. Except as otherwise expressly provided on the Swimply Platform, Service Fees are non-refundable. Swimply reserves the right to change the Service Fees at any time, and will provide Members notice of current fees. Fee changes will not affect Bookings made before the effective date of the fee change.
