Profile Settings

Profile Picture
- Profile pictures are a great way to display your personality and establish trust among Hosts. Uploading a profile picture is also the first step toward becoming a verified user. Your profile photo should be a recent photo of you. We encourage you to avoid uploading photos of objects, places or other people.
- To upload a new photo, select Edit profile picture, then New Profile Photo. Select the new photo you wish to upload, and then click save at the top.

Name
- Another important aspect of being verified includes having an accurate name. We only share the first initial of your last name when you chat with Hosts

Bio
- The Bio section provides a great opportunity to share fun facts about yourself and maybe what you are looking for as a Swimply Guest. Simply type your bio and click save at the top.
Account Information

Email
- This is the email address registered to your Swimply account. This can be used to login, as well as receive communications from Swimply. This can be changed at any time. Simply type your new email address and click save at the top.

Phone Number
- This is the phone number registered to your Swimply account. This can be changed at any time as well. Simply type your new email address and click save at the top.

Birthday
- Use this field to enter the date you were born.

Manage Password
- This is where you can manage your password. If you wish to change your password, you must enter your current password into the Current Password field, and your new password into the New password field. Don’t forget to click save at the top when you’re done!

Reset Password
- In the event that you forgot your password entirely, follow these steps to reset it.
- Select Login and then See more options at the bottom:

- Next, select Continue with email.
- Simply enter your account email address, then click the Continue button.
- When prompted for your password, click Forgot password.
- Enter your Swimply account email address, then click Send Reset Link. (check your email inbox for the reset link)
- Use the link in your email inbox, to reset your password to your account.
- Once you’ve reset your password, log-in again using your email and updated password.
- Please Note: If your phone number has been verified and connected to your account, you can use this to send an SMS log-in code.

Multiple Accounts
- In the rare instance you are having trouble accessing one of your multiple accounts you may need to reset your password using the steps above. Should this not work, please reach out to Swimply Customer Care so we can assist.

Delete Account
- Use this button to delete your account and remove all relevant information from the system. Please note that this cannot be undone.
Notification Settings
Managing your notifications is essential as it notifies you of any updates related to booking requests and details. It will also ensure timely messaging with Hosts to ensure a positive experience for both parties. Here is how you can make important adjustments:

Email Notifications
- Receive all Swimply related communications to your Swimply registered email address.

Transactional Text Messages
- By opting in to transactional SMS, you agree to receive automated account and booking notifications via text message. Standard messaging and data rates may apply.

Marketing Text Messages
- By opting in to marketing SMS, you agree to receive automated marketing messages and promotions via text message. Standard messaging and date rates may apply.

Push Notifications
- Enabling push notifications in the app will open your device settings and prompt you to "allow" notifications for the Swimply app:

Favorites
How Do I Save My Favorite Listings For Later?
Favorites lists allow you to save your favorite listings, so you can easily reference them later. You can also invite friends to collaborate on favorites lists. Your favorites list can be found in your account:
In search results or on a listing page, tap the heart icon to add a listing to a favorites list:
You’ll be able to choose which list to add the listing to. You’ll also be able to create a new list.
How can I share a favorites list with friends?
To collaborate with friends, first visit the Favorites menu on the Swimply website or in the Swimply mobile app. Tap on the list you want to share.
From there, tap the Invite my friends button to get started:
There are two ways to share a favorites list:
- View only - anyone on the internet who has a link to your favorites list will be able to see it. They will not be able to edit the list in any way.
- Collaborate - friends will be able to join the list and add or remove listings. They must create Swimply accounts to gain access to your list. The owner of the list may remove users at any time.
To delete a list, start by tapping the three dots at the top right corner of the list
