Account Troubleshooting
If you're unable to log in to your Swimply account, here are some steps you can take to troubleshoot the issue:
- Check Your Credentials: Make sure you're entering the correct email address and password associated with your Swimply account. Double-check for any typos.
- Reset Your Password: If you're not sure about your password or think you might have forgotten it, use the "Forgot Password" option on the login page. Swimply will typically send you an email with instructions on how to reset your password.
- Clear Browser Cache and Cookies: Your browser's cache and cookies might be causing issues with logging in. Try clearing them and then attempt to log in again.
- Try a Different Browser or Device: Sometimes, issues with logging in can be browser-specific. Try using a different web browser or device to see if that resolves the problem.
App Troubleshooting
If you are unable to complete certain actions after multiple attempts please take the following steps to troubleshoot:
- Are you using Swimply's App or Website? If using a web browser, please try using the Swimply app. If using the app, try using a web browser. Keep in mind that some web browsers, such as Safari, may experience limited functionality on our site. Therefore, Google Chrome is recommended.
- Clear your cache and cookies. If using the website, make sure you have cleared your cache and cookies before logging in, to ensure excess data storage isn’t interferring.
- Please uninstall and reinstall the app. If using the app, taking this step will ensure that you have the most up to date software version while also refreshing any cache data that may be stored for that app.
- Switch off your WIFI and use mobile data instead. Some routers such as Frontier or Eero may block access to Swimply.
- Do you experience these issues if you use a computer? If it truly is a bug, this will help us determine whether its an App only bug or system wide bug. Identifying this may help us resolve your the issue faster.
