How to Become a Verified Guest

Being a Verified Guest is not required to book a pool. However, having a verified profile comes with its unique advantages! Being a verified Guest lets Hosts know that you are trusted member of the Swimply Community. The following are benefits of being verified:

• Receive exclusive access to pools that only accept Verified Guests

• Verified Guests are more likely to get approved for a booking

There are two levels of verification. Completing both steps will provide you with the highest form of verification, and you will get a blue badge with a "+" on your profile. Please note that to be a "Verified Swimmer" you need to complete at least 1 of the 2 steps shown below.

In order to get started:

• Open your Profile
• Click Become a Verified Swimmer
• Upload a Government-issued ID
• The second verification step is to complete a successful booking. Our system automatically tracks this.

Please note that all submissions and verification documents are reviewed by the Swimply team and not shared with any other party.
