To file a security deposit claim on Swimply, follow these steps:
- Access the Reservation Details: After your booking concludes, navigate to the reservation details page on the Swimply platform
2. Click File a Claim Within 24 Hours: If you discover any damages or issues, you must file a claim within 24 hours after the reservation ends. Failing to do so will result in the automatic refund of the security deposit to the guest.
3. Provide Supporting Documentation: When filing the claim, be prepared to submit evidence such as photos, videos, or receipts to support your case. Swimply's customer support may request additional documentation during their review process .
4. Await Resolution: Swimply's customer support team will assess the claim and determine the appropriate course of action. They will notify you of the outcome once the review is complete .
