We understand that in the winter hosting can be particularly challenging, especially if you have an outdoor pool. The days are shorter and the weather is colder. Many of our users decided to take a break from opening their homes to swimmers as the temperatures dropped outside.
However, as the weather gradually warms, it is exciting to plan for hosting again. Here is a short guide on how to turn your pool live again and how to use the Fans tool on the Swimply app to announce that you are back for the season.
If you paused your pool for the winter months and would like to go live again, follow these steps:
- Log into your Swimply account.
- Navigate to Manage Listing- Click the tab > Host Settings
- Under Availability- Click Edit > Listing Status
- Set your Pool to Active
You can also announce your return to those users who have favorited or visited your pool in the past using the Fans tool on the app.
