We understand that situations arise where your space may be unavailable for a confirmed reservation. Before you cancel, reach out to your Guest and see if they would like to reschedule for a different date and time.
If they Approve, the reservation will be updated to the new date/time. If you included the optional discount, your guest would receive this amount refunded to them immediately, and you will also see this update to your payout.
If they Decline, the reservation will remain exactly as it was before you submitted the Reschedule request.
You can communicate with your Guest further about alternative dates or times via Inbox, or if there isn't an agreeable alternative, you can proceed to cancel the booking.
- Tap on Bookings
- Tap View Details on the reservation you want to reschedule
- Scroll down and tap on Reschedule
- Select a new date and time and tap Next
- We will show you the new reservation details and any price changes; tap Next.
- You can send the guest a message and then tap Send reschedule request.
- Navigate to your Confirmed reservations
- Click on the reservation you need to reschedule
- Click Manage the Click on Reschedule
- Select the new date and time and click Save
- We will show you the new reservation details click Make change.
- You can send the guest a message and then click Request a change.
- In the menu tap Reservations
- Select Confirmed from the drop-down menu
- Select the reservation you want to reschedule
- Select Manage from the drop-down menu
- Tap reschedule
- Select the new date and time tap Save
- We will show you the new reservation details tap Make change.
- You can send the guest a message and then tap Request a change.
