Amenities are what can set your listing apart from others in your area and offer Guests a premium experience. Providing access to a Grill or Hot Tub, or offering some freebies like towels and toys go a long way. It starts by describing your listing's features, then specifying what extras are available. From there, set prices for the ones you want to charge for. Here's a full breakdown of the steps:
Section 1: Adding to the features list
If you are setting up your listing for the first time, proceed through the set up pages until you get to the Pool Details section.
If you are editing your existing listing:
1) FOR MOBILE: Select Manage > Manage your listing > Pool and space > Pool features
2) FOR WEB:
- Select Manage listing in the main menu
- Click on Pool Info.
- Select Pool Features
3) Next, you will see a list of optional features. Select any and all features which apply to your space. These are general descriptors and not things that come with price tags.

Section 2: Specifying your free and paid amenities
Choosing your Complementary and Premium Amenities is done in the "Amenities" Section. Here you will select all the extra amenities that you are offering to your Guests, which they can request to use during their booking.
If you are setting up your pool for the first time, proceed through the stages until you get to the "Amenities" section.
If you already have a listing, follow the steps below:
For Web:
- Select Manage listing in the main menu
- Click on Pool Info.
- Select Premium Amenities
- To add a free or paid Amenity click the "Add" button next to the correct item.
- After selecting Add, a pop-up will appear where you can choose whether the offered Amenity is Free or Premium. If you wish to charge for the Amenity select Premium and then choose whether it is a one-time "flat" fee or an hourly fee.
For any additional Amenities that you have to offer which are not on the list, you can add them with the Additional Amenities option at the bottom. Click "Add" to enter all the details of your Additional amenity and specify whether it's Free or Paid.
Once you've added all your Premium Amenities, click "Save and exit" at the top-right of the page to return to the main Pool screen.
On the mobile app:
- Select Manage Listing from the Listing Tab.
- Click Pool Info, then Amenities.
- From here, the process is the same as on the website.
