Each party must honor the reservation for the Swimply marketplace to work for Hosts and Guests. If you decline or approve and then cancel bookings consistently, our system will flag your listing, which may be deactivated until we touch base with you.
We understand that life comes up! Our team can remove the flag for you if you provide a justified reason.
In the unfortunate event you do need to cancel a booking, please make sure you are the one to cancel it. If you request your Guest cancels on their end, they will only receive a partial refund. If you are having trouble canceling a booking, please contact Swimply for assistance.
Pro Tip: If you know in advance that your pool will be unavailable, be sure to update your calendar!
