1. Double Check Your Listing Status and Unpause Dates
Review your pause dates and set your listing status to go live as soon as it's warm enough to maximize your earnings!
Be sure the unpause date in your settings on the photo below is set to the date you'd like!

2. Update Your General Availability Settings
Make sure your general availability is tailored to exactly what you need! Double check your weekends, available hours, and advanced notice. We always suggest keeping advanced notice as low as possible so you can accept day-of bookings!
3. Double Check Your Advanced Availability Settings
Want guests to be able to book months in advance? Want to adjust minimum booking length or instant booking? Advanced settings is your answer! These settings are often forgotten and overlooked but are so important in ensuring a smooth booking process as summer rolls around.

4. Update Your Calendar
Time to manage your calendar! If you have unavailable days or weeks at a time you can now block them out by simply selecting the individual date or multiple at a time and adjusting the settings for that day including availability, hours and even pricing!

5. Update Your Photos and Amenities
Brush up your photos and amenities to make sure your listing reflects your current space! Don't forget to take photos of any amenities that you may have added in the off season and take new photos now that the sun is coming out for that great warm lighting. Guests can now view all of your photos at one time in a full gallery so make sure you are showcasing all your best!

6. Add Stickers!
Stickers is a fun new feature that helps you be found by the right kind of guests looking for your space in particular. Make sure you update these so your listing is visible to all of the best potential guests.

7. Make Sure Your Notifications Are Enabled
Make sure you don't miss out on all the booking requests you'll get this season! We have a new in-app notification center for you to explore.
