Here's how to get in touch with Swimply Customer Care:

 

1. If Using Web

Locate the Help button in the bottom right corner of the home page. Click this button to activate our virtual assistant, Duckie!

 

2. If Using Mobile App

Select the Profile button in the bottom right. Then select Help Center. Here you will click the Help button in the bottom right.

       

 

3. Identify Your Issue

Duckie is powered by AI and is designed to guide you to the most suitable answer for your query. To help us provide you with the fastest resolution, Duckie will first verify your account details and then gather information about the issue you are experiencing. Simply select the options that best suit your situation.  

 

4. Create a Ticket

If you are unable to locate the information you need, our chatbot will convert your chat into a support ticket and forward it to a live Customer Care agent for further assistance.

    i  would  very  much   like to  reach Hector who  lists a  pool in  Largo  to   book  a  date  for  this  coming  week .  Thanx  for  your  help!  I  tried  the  virtual help   multiple times  and  got   no   where with  that  so I would   greatly  your  help.  Thanx    very  much  again!

    Same here - trying to book but constantly says failed, no matter the payment method.  No way of contacting Swimply and the AI assistant is beyond unhelpful. I've even contacted my credit card company who says it's definitely a problem with Swimply.

    I am beyond frustrated. None of the payment methods work, the credit card company says it is not an issue with the cards I have tried. No way to get in touch with Swimply, either. The chat bot is of no help whatsoever.
