Does Swimply Offer Gift Cards?

Yes! A Swimply reservation is a unique experience shared between friends, family, and teammates, and it's a great gift to share with others. One way to share a Swimply experience with your friends is to send them a Swimply Gift Card, which allows Users to send credits to another person! We offer amounts ranging from $25.00 - $500.00. eGift credits can be transferred between accounts and never expire, so you can use them whenever the time is right.

How do Swimply Gift Cards Work?

1. Visit shop.swimply.com to view the Swimply Store or click this link to purchase an eGift.
2. Once you've selected your desired gift amount, fill out the fields shown below including the recipient's name, email, and any message you may want to add:
3. Gift credits will be added to the account under the recipient’s email, so please double-check to ensure it's spelled correctly
   • If the email provided for the recipient is not attached to a Swimply account, Swimply will create an account for the recipient and provide a temporary password to log in.
4. Once the credits are added, the recipient will receive an email informing them of your gift and with further instructions on how to use the credits! 
5. The gifter will also receive a copy of the confirmation email sent to the recipient when credits are deposited. 
   • Note that this email is just a copy of the confirmation email sent to the recipient and does not indicate the application of credits to the gifter’s account unless purchased for their account.

Where Can I See Credits Added to my Account?

To see your credits, please go to your Profile and look for the invite friends tab. For more information on viewing and using credits, view this article
