Instant Booking is a feature that will allow interested Guests to confirm a reservation and make the payment without any wait time! Once checkout is completed, the pool's address and access information are made available to you. Pools that offer instant booking will have this icon:

Instant booking is quicker than the request-based booking process in which you make a reservation request, a pending charge is put on your card, the Host reviews the request and manually approves or declines it, and then your card is charged for the price of the reservation.
As long as it is within the listing's cancellation policy, you can cancel an Instant Booking reservation and receive a refund. Please note: the Swimply Service Fee is non-refundable.
