Once you make a reservation request, we immediately notify the Host of the request. While most hosts respond to requests within 48 hours, you can remind them by sending your Host a message letting them know you’re excited about their listing and making the booking!

After a Host approves your request, we’ll notify you that it's time to confirm and checkout. We only request payment at the confirmation step as we understand that you may have made multiple requests to ensure you got your desired time.
Upon confirming, you'll receive an email with the listing's address, special access instructions, and any other notes your Host wants to share with you prior to the booking.
