Select the Profile button in the bottom right. Then select Help Center. Here you will click the Help button in the bottom right.

Duckie is powered by AI and is designed to guide you to the most suitable answer for your query. To help us provide you with the fastest resolution, Duckie will first verify your account details and then gather information about the issue you are experiencing. Simply select the options that best suit your situation.
4. Create a Ticket
If you are unable to locate the information you need, our chatbot will convert your chat into a support ticket and forward it to a live Customer Care agent for further assistance.
