Make Host Profile

• Add a profile photo to personalize your profile. Keep in mind this should be a photo of yourself and not your pool. 
• Add a brief bio. Swimmers are more likely to request your pool if they see this info with a personal touch:

Basic Listing Information

• When listing your space we ask for simple information like the location, how to access, and what it offers. Most of the following are optional but we highly recommend being comprehensive and transparent about your listing. Swimmers are more likely to book at a complete (and accurate) listings: 

Location

• Type your location and click the suggested address in the search bar. It is important to note your address WILL NOT be shared with anyone until a guest books your space.

 

What are You Listing?

• At Swimply you can list your pool, a sports court, a space in your home, or really anything else! All listing processes are similar so we will continue with the pool listing example for this article:

Pool Details

• Is your pool inside or outside, above ground or in ground, chlorine or salt water? Indicate those details here:

 

• Please also accurately disclose your restroom availability. If not available that is totally fine, we just ask you to be transparent so there is no confusion upon arrival to your space. You can read more on restrooms here. 

Set # of Guests

• Here you can set the maximum number of guests you will allow at your space. The following is how Swimply categorizes groups sizes:
  • Families = 1-10
  • Small Gatherings = 11-15
  • Large Gatherings = 16-25
  • Small Events = 26-50
  • Large Events = 51+

Set Pricing

Pricing will default to Tiered, meaning you can set the price* specific to group size as shown below:

 

*To make bookings more likely you can opt to toggle 20% off your first 3 bookings to get you off and running. Note that to turn this promo off after selecting it you will need to contact Swimply Customer Care. To learn more on Promos click here.

• Here is a chance for you to be creative. No worries, you can change the name anytime:

 Add Photos

• Showcase your listing with rad photos. Our top hosts have approx. 10 photos You can start with just 1, the maximum is 50. For more on setting ideal photos for your listing click here.

 

Set Go Live Date

• Pick a go live date that works best for you. If you need more time feel free to pick a later date, you can always adjust.

 

Listing Permission

• • • • Once live you will be asked if you would like Swimply to list your address on public sites. You can adjust this anytime in your settings.

 

What are Swimply Spaces?

• • Swimply Spaces is a platform for renting or sharing all kinds of unique private spaces from tennis and basketball courts to homes and gyms to decked-out backyards! Users simply input their address via our online website,  iOS app, or Google Play Store app, and we'll then display all listings nearby that fit their interest, including yours!

  • Much like renting a pool on Swimply, it is free to list on Swimply Spaces. Hosts recieve 85% of the pre-service fee reservation price. This means, if you charge $50/hour (not including any premium amenities you may offer!) and someone books 2 hours, you would make $85 after the service fee.
