Hosts and guests must be at least 18 to create a Swimply account. Accounts should accurately represent the account creator, and Users are required to provide information, photos, or documents that match that person’s identity including their name, date of birth, address, etc. Users who engage in spamming, solicitation for their business, or other activities unrelated to a reservation may be subject to removal.
Hosts are expected to provide an accurate listing address, correct availability, accurate details of their listing or amenities, real listing photos, and disclose any and all hazards around the listing space.
If you are a Guest and feel that a Host misrepresented their listing or provided any other inaccurate information, please contact customer support immediately through our Help Center.
