In the event a Guest has a concern about a payment, reaching out to Swimply Support via live chat or through our Help Center is the fastest way to resolve the issue.
If Guest disputes a booking charge, they have until the dispute has been resolved by their bank to withdraw the dispute and come to an agreement with Swimply Support. In general, Guests are ineligible for a refund once their bank has ruled in Swimply’s favor. Filing a dispute generally renders a Guest ineligible for subsequent bookings.
