We understand that sometimes, things don’t go entirely as planned. If you need to refund your guests, you can do so directly through the app or website.
You can Initiate a full or partial refund by:
- Navigate to the reservation details and tap Initiate refund
2. Select full refund or Partial refund.
Any Swimply service fees will be refunded in proportion to the amount you have selected to refund.

Send the Guest a message and tap confirm refund |
-You will see your updated payout and the refund amount. |
