Types of Promotions and Credits
1. Swimply Promo Codes
- Expiration: Typically expire 30 to 90 days after the date of issue, unless otherwise specified.
- Details: These are often distributed through emails, social media, or Swimply events. The exact expiration date will be noted in the promotional material.
- How to Use: Apply the code at checkout before the expiration date.
2. Host Promo Codes
- Expiration: Hosts are able to set the expiration date of their choosing these promotions or deals are listing specific.
- Details: These are often distributed directly from the host through the message thread or directly on their listing page.
- How to Use: Apply the code at checkout before the expiration date.
3. Referral Credits / Invite Guests Credits
- Expiration: Valid for 30 days from the date they were issued..
- Details: When someone uses your referral link and completes a booking, you receive credit automatically.
- Note: Referral credits are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
4. Refund in Credit Option
- Expiration: These credits do not expire
- Details: These are issued when you select to be refunded in credits for a canceled booking. These credits are nontransferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
5. Gift Card credit
- Expiration: These credits do not expire
- Details: These are issued when you receive a gift card purchased through the Swimply Shop. These credits are nontransferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
How to View Available Credits
- Log in to your Swimply account.
- Go to your Profile look for the piggy bank.
Additional Notes
- Credits are not automatically applied to your next eligible booking; you will need to apply the credits during checkout out.
- Expired credits cannot be reinstated or extended.
