Pool Passes are designed to offer more value for Guests and greater flexibility for Hosts.

- The traditional on-demand booking experience remains unchanged and fully available.
Pool Passes is about rewarding loyalty while keeping the flexibility you’re used to.
How It Works for Hosts
Hosts can now set up monthly discounts based on the number of hours booked. These tiers are fixed, but the discount amounts are fully customizable by you.
This allows you to create compelling offers for frequent Guests without affecting one-time or on-demand bookings.
- 8 hours/month → X% discount
- 12 hours/month → X% discount
- 16 hours/month → X% discount
Payouts for your Passes will be released at the end of the Pass term (30 days after pass purchase)
🗓️Bookings made with a Pass can only be made based on your availability; hours can be used however the guest chooses based on your availability settings.
🕜Unused hours roll over until the guest cancels their Pass.
🏊Only valid for up to 10 guests.
💲Payouts for Passes are released at the end of the Pass term.
Setting up your Membership
Memberships can be set up using the App or the website
Go you your Manage and Tap Pricing and Offering
Select Pool Passes
You have the option to have 3 tiers of hours, select which tiers you would like and select a discount to offer.

12 hours
16 hours
Tap Save Changes, and your Pass is Live.
How to deactivate or edit a Pass.
Tap Manage and go to Pricing and Offering
You can uncheck all the tiers to deactivate your Pass or just the one you no longer want to offer. Deactivating a Pass will stop any sales, but members who still have hours available will still be able to use those hours towards a booking.
