Introducing Memberships

We’re excited to roll out Memberships, designed to offer more value for Guests and greater flexibility for Hosts. Memberships will replace passes and introduce tiered options based on the number of hours booked per month.

With this update:

• Guests can enjoy cost-effective options tailored to frequent or recurring use.
   
• Hosts can provide custom incentives to encourage regular bookings.
   
• The traditional on-demand booking experience remains unchanged and fully available.
   

This enhancement is all about rewarding loyalty while keeping the flexibility you’re used to.

How It Works for Hosts

Hosts can now set up monthly discounts based on the number of hours booked. These tiers are fixed, but the discount amounts are fully customizable by you. 

This allows you to create compelling offers for frequent Guests without affecting one-time or on-demand bookings. 

• 4 hours/month → X% discount
   
• 8 hours/month → X% discount
   
• 16 hours/month → X% discount

Payouts for your Membership will be released 24 hours after the guest has paid for the membership. 

🗓️Members can only book based on your availability, hours can be used however the guest chooses based on your availability settings.

🕜Unused hours roll over until the guest cancels their membership.

🏊Only valid for up to 10 guests.

💲Payouts for memberships are released at the end of the membership term. 

Setting up your Membership 

Memberships can be set up using the App or the website 

 

Go you your Listing and Tap Set up Membership

You have the option to have 3 tiers of hours, select which tiers you would like and select a discount to offer. 

Tap Save Changes, and your Membership is Live. 

How to deactivate or edit a Membership. 

Go you your Listing and Tap Manage under Memberships. 

You can uncheck all the tiers to deactivate your membership or just the one you no longer want to offer. Deactivating a membership will stop any sales, but members who still have hours available will still be able to use those hours towards a booking.
