We understand that sometimes plans change, and you may no longer wish to swim on your booked date. We suggest getting in touch with your Host and requesting to reschedule. This can usually be done at no additional charge. You might consider canceling your reservation if you cannot reschedule your booking for another time. Review the reservation cancellation policy to see if you will receive a refund.
- Go to Reservations and select Confirmed in the drop-down menu
- Tap Manage from the drop-down menu
- Tap Cancel reservation
- Go to Reservations and select the reservation you want to cancel
- Click on the Confirmed tab
- Click Manage
- Click Cancel reservation
