We understand that plans can change, and you may find the need to adjust the date of your booking. Modifying your reservation is an easy process, as long as you’re within the cancellation window for the listing.
You can send your Host a request to change the date or time of your reservation.
Note: Keep in mind that there may be a difference in price if you increase the length or change from a weekday to a weekend.
Below, we've outlined simple steps to help you seamlessly reschedule your reservation on using the Swimply app or web.
App
- Select Bookings
- Find the reservation you need to reschedule and tap Make Changes
- Tap Change on the date and time section
- Select and new date and time and tap Save
- We will show you the new reservation details in blue.
- Scroll down and tap Make Changes
Web (Desktop / and or Mobile Browser)
- Go to your Confirmed reservations tab
- Click View Reservation, for the reservation you want to reschedule
- Click on Manage
- Click Change Date and Time
- Select a new date and time and click Save
- New reservation details in blue.
- Click Make Change
