We are happy to hear you are having a great time at your reservation! If you’re not ready to let the fun end, the Extend Tool is a great way to keep the party going. The Extend Tool is only available in the Swimply App.
The Extend tool allows you to request extra time be added to your reservation or adjust the number of guests that came on the day of your swim. This option is available up until the reservation ends.
You will need to add a valid Payment Method to your account for the extension to be successful. Simply follow these steps to make your changes:
- Tap on Reservations, and view the option you wish to change
- Tap the Manage tab, then select Change beside the appropriate option
- If adding time, choose the original start time and new end time
- Tap Confirm
Once confirmed, your charges will be processed immediately and the reservation will update.
If you are experiencing issues processing the update, please double-check that your payment method has sufficient funds, is not expired, and is one that we accept. Failing to update the reservation to reflect extra time or people spent on the property will result in your account being suspended until the balance is paid.
