In the event that an item is lost or left at a listing, here are a few steps you can take to potentially recover your item:
Retrace Your Steps: Please retrace your movements from the time you arrived at the venue until you noticed the item was missing. Sometimes, items are left behind in unexpected places.
Contact the Host: If you believe you may have left your clothing item at the listing, we recommend contacting the Host via the Swimply inbox. They may have received any lost items turned in by other guests or staff members.
Check with Fellow Guests: It's possible that another guest might have mistaken your clothing item for their own. If you were in a group or at an event, consider reaching out to fellow attendees.
