We understand that sometimes, things don’t go entirely as planned. If you need to request a refund from your host, you can do so directly through the app or website.
All refund requests should be made within 24 hours of the end of your booking. If an agreement has not been reached within 24 hours, please contact Swimply support for further assistance.
- Navigate to the Reservation Details page and tap Request Refund.
2. Select the reason for the refund.
3. The last step is to send the host a message about your refund request. If the host approves the refund, it will be processed automatically using the original payment method.
If the Host and Guest cannot reach an agreement, Swimply may request additional documentation, such as photo or video, to make a final decision.
