How to Find Reservation Details
Once you’ve followed the steps above to locate your bookings, select the reservation you wish to access complete details of a specific reservation.
Next, lets review what information can be found in each section of the details page:

- View, add, or remove amenities from your reservation

Can I Come Early to Set Up?
If you are planning an event and need some extra time to set up before the rest of your Guests arrive, consider adding an extra 30 minutes or an hour to the beginning of your reservation.
If you already have a confirmed reservation you can add time by following these steps here.
Please Note: Host’s are only covered by the Swimply Protection Guarantee during the time slot booked for your reservation.
