Physical and Verbal Assault

Swimply has a zero-tolerance policy for threats of violence or acts of physical aggression. It is against Swimply's policy to verbally or physically threaten others or to engage in a physical altercation with another User or member of your own party. Reports of such activity may result in penalties up to and including your immediate removal from the platform. 

If a user is creating an unsafe environment for yourself or others, please distance yourself from the threat, contact local authorities, and then contact Swimply via live chat or at through our Help Center.
