The following are additional features you can use when booking to reduce the overall cost of your reservation:
Credits
You can receive Swimply Credits by referring friends and family and once received can apply your credits to a reservation on the checkout page.
After finding a pool you're interested in, fill out the date and time you're looking to swim. Beneath that, you'll see a breakdown of the hourly price and total hours, any extra Guest fees, and the Service fee.
Right above the payment method option box, you'll see a toggle to Apply Credits and the amount of credits you have available to apply.
This option will only appear if you have credits in your Swimply Credit Balance, and credits must be applied to each booking manually during checkout. Credits cannot be applied to an already confirmed booking or used for additions after the booking is confirmed.
Please Note
- The Swimply credit does not cover the Swimply Service Fee
- Credits from promotions may be subject to expiration dates and cannot be extended past those dates. Credits are non transferrable.
- We offer many promos throughout the year, so keep an eye on your email and avoid missing out on great offers!
Promos
After finding a listing that you're interested in, fill out the date, time, number of Guests, and reason for the booking. From here, click Book Now to be taken to the checkout where you will see a breakdown of the hourly price and total hours, any extra Guest fees, and the Service fee.
Directly above the price breakdown at checkout, you will see an empty Add Promo Code field. Type in your Promo Code in the text box, and the Apply button will turn blue. Click the Apply button to add the discount, and you will see the discount reflected in the calculations. As Promo Codes are not auto-applied, it is important to ensure you apply the code manually when you are confirming your booking.
Please Note
- Promo Codes cannot be applied to already existing reservations, pending, or approved booking requests. Swimply Support will not apply credits after a booking is confirmed.
- Promo Codes can be used only once per user and cannot be stacked or extended once they expire.
- Promo codes can't be used in conjunction with Swimply credits. If you are looking for information on how to use Swimply Credits, here.
Passes
Passes are a different way to book your favorite spaces on Swimply! Passes allow you to pay a one-month fee in exchange for FREE bookings within certain restrictions.
There are three types of Passes:
- Early Bird: Get free bookings during morning hours
- Weekday: Get free bookings during weekdays
- Anytime: Get free bookings during all days of the week
Passes are enabled by specific hosts for specific listings, so Passes may not be available at all listings.
To find listings with Passes, look for the Passes indicator in search results:
You’ll also be able to filter for listings with Passes using search filters:
To see the details of each Pass and to purchase, check the Passes section on the listing page:
Passes FAQ
Q: How do I use Passes?
A: After you purchase a Pass, simply return to the listing page and make a booking. The booking flow will let you know if the booking is fully covered, partially covered, or not covered by the Pass.
Q: Do Passes auto-renew?
A: Currently, Passes do not automatically renew at the end of the month. If you like a Pass, simply purchase it again at the end of the month!
Q: Where can I manage my existing Pass?
A: Visit the Passes section of the Swimply website or mobile app to see your Passes.
Q: Are there any limitations to Pass bookings?
A: With a Pass, you can have up to one booking per day, and schedule up to 4 bookings at once. Once you have 4 bookings in confirmed status, you will be able to book again, once 1 of those 4 bookings has changed to completed status. Having a Pass does not guarantee availability - time slots are first come, first served. Please contact your host if you are experiencing issues finding availability.
Q: Can you make bookings for future dates?
A: Yes, you can make reservations for future dates within the dates and number of hours specified on the Pass
Q: What if I need to cancel a Pass?
A: If you have a Pass but have not completed any bookings, you will be able to cancel the Pass and receive a full refund. If you have made a booking with your Pass, you will not be able to cancel. You may contact your Host to see if they're willing to make an agreement for a partial refund via the Swimply inbox. If a refund amount is set, submit a screenshot of the agreement to Swimply Customer Care, via the help center.
Q: What happens if I want to make a booking that exceeds the limitations of a Pass?
A: There are several situations where you may exceed the boundaries of a Pass. If you make a booking that exceeds the time limit, you will be charged for the additional hours at the time of booking
- If you wish to add amenities that are not included with a Pass, you will be charged any incremental costs at the time of booking
- If you exceed the number of guests allowed, you will need to pay for the booking in full
Q: Can I have multiple Passes?
A: You can only have one Pass per listing. However, you can have multiple Passes between listings.
