Please prioritize the safety of you and your guests. Safe experiences do not involve providing alcohol to a Guest who is under the legal drinking age, looks or acts inebriated, or will be driving or operating any type of vehicle or mechanical equipment
We want to remind you that in most jurisdictions the sale of alcohol to or consumption of alcohol by a minor is punishable by fines and criminal penalties. It is your responsibility to make sure you comply with your jurisdiction’s rules.
Hosts
Hosts who wish to include alcohol in their experience are encouraged to look into their jurisdiction’s rules and regulations surrounding the provision of alcohol. If you are unsure about anything relating to your Listing, we encourage you to check with your local alcohol regulator, or speak to a lawyer to discuss your experience and confirm your experience complies with local laws including but not limited to health, tax, and insurance requirements.
